Permanent Residency
Skilled Worker
You will be assessed in areas such as language proficiency, education, work experience, age, among other criteria. This is a point base system under Express Entry.
• Advanced intermediate language proficiency (English or French)
• 1 year of continuous full-time paid work experience in an eligible occupation
• Education Level equivalent to Canadian post secondary certificate, diploma of degree
• Sufficient settlement funds or proof of job offer
• Be admissible to Canada
• Plan to live outside the province of Quebec
Skilled Trade Program
• Intermediate language proficiency (English or French)
• 2 years of full-time (or equivalent) paid work experience in an eligible skilled trade in the past five years
• No specific educational requirements but if available Proof of education and Foreign educational credentials assessment
• Full-time Canadian job offer for 1 year or a provincial/territorial certificate of qualification
• Plan to live outside the province of Quebec
Canadian Experience Class
• Intermediate or advanced intermediate (depending on the occupation) language proficiency in English or French
• 1 year of full-time or equivalent skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years (have gained your work experience by working in Canada legally. Self-employment and student work experience (such as a co-op work term) does not count under this program.)
• No specific educational requirements but if available Proof of education and Foreign educational credentials assessment
• Plan to live outside the province of Quebec
Provincial Nominee Programs
• Intent to reside in the province of application (other than Quebec)
• Intermediate or advanced intermediate (depending on the category) language proficiency in English or French
• Full-time permanent job offer in an eligible occupation
• Appropriate qualifications, training, skills or accreditation for the job
• Sufficient settlement funds
• Requirement may vary between programs in each province/territory
Family Class
Sponsor
• 18+ years old
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Sign an undertaking to provide for the essential needs of the sponsored person(s)
• Sign an agreement with the sponsored person(s)
• Meet certain income conditions
• Not Receiving social assistance for a reason other than disability
• Not Declared bankruptcy
• Not Convicted of a violent crime or an attempt, or in prison
• Not Sponsored as spouse, common-law or conjugal partner within the last 5 years
Sponsored Person
• Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner
• Dependent child (not married or in a common-law relationship) under 22 years old(*) of a the sponsor or of the sponsor’s spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner.
• Adoptive child
• Parents or grandparents
• Other applicable relatives.

Business Class

Temporary Residency
Temporary Foreign Workers
• Offer of employment or contract.
• Travel Visa (if applicable) or eTA
• Proof of financial support
• Police certificate and medical examination (if required)
Minimum Intermediate or advance language proficiency in English or French is required depending on the job requirements.
International Students
• Letter of acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada.
• Depending of the program to study, intermediate or advance language proficiency in English or French will be required.
• Proof of financial funding that covers tuition, living while in Canada and return travel expenses (student and family members if applicable).
• Travel Visa (if applicable) or eTA
• Police certificate and medical examination (if required).
Visa for tourism
Supporting documentation to proof:
• Financial funding to cover the stay in Canada.
• Reasons to return to home country (job, studies, assets, family, properties, etc.).
• Purpose of the visit (period, itinerary, accommodations, etc.).
• Medical examination (if required).
• Intend to leave Canada at the end of stay.
• Have no criminal record and not be a risk to the security of Canada.
• Not intend to work or study.
Super-Visa:
For Parents and Grandparents of Permanent Residents or Canadian Citizens
• Letter of invitation from child or grandchild.
• Child’s or grandchild must meet minimum income requirements under this program.
• Evidence of relationship between the child/grandchild and parent/grandparent.
• Private medical insurance coverage from a Canadian insurance company, valid for a minimum of one year.
• Parent or grandparent must be admissible and undergo medical examination
